It often involves rituals, ceremonies, and practices like journeying, meditation, and storytelling to address physical, emotional, and spiritual issues. Practitioners may use tools such as drums, rattles, pendulum, voice and placing of hands to facilitate healing, spiritual disharmony and balance energies. It is deeply rooted in honoring the interconnectedness of all beings and the natural world.

Originally from Wexford, Anna has the sea in her soul, more recently she has been living in the HEART of Ireland, the ‘Wild Midlands’ since 2013!
She is a professional and qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist an experienced Bean Feasa (Woman of Knowledge) aka Irish ‘Shamanic’ Practitioner Therapist of the Irish (Celtic) tradition, an ordained Irish Pagan Priest (2014), Druid and Clergy member of Pagan Life Rites in Ireland (2017)
A Holistic Trainer and Legal Celebrant with well over a decade of experience in her field, in 2011 she graduated with a BA in Counselling and Psych. and in 2017 she completed a 6+ year apprenticeship studying the ‘Irish Healing Arts’ -training and working with indigenous / native healing practices, spiritual and energy-work, traditional therapeutic techniques and Women’s Studies with Cáit Branigan of The Immrama Foundation, Gorey, Co Wexford.
Anna is passionate about empowering people to find their own wisdom and healing within themselves, she has been working with individual clients and groups in a clinical setting since 2009, both in Wexford, in the Midlands and more recently online!
People from all walks-of-life, backgrounds, faiths and orientations are warmly welcomed in her clinics- both in-person and online! 💛
Anna is a gifted Reiki Master/Teacher, a registered Mataphysical Practitioner of the World Metaphysical Association and a registered member of the American Alliance of Hypnotists.
Along with these practices, she also offers training and attunement in Reiki, Pendulum Healing Techniques. Meditation, relaxation and mindfulness techniques are an important part of Anna’s practice- both personally and in her work with clients.
With her unique combination of Native Irish Spiritual Therapy, Energy and Pendulum Healing techniques mixed with more mainstream skills such as Holistic Counselling / Psychotherapy and Hands-on Healing, Anna offers each client an individual healing programme based on their own needs and requirements.
